The f’in tour (forty days and forty nights)

Well, it’s been a year since my book Oh, Shift! was released.
All over the world (it was recently released in New Zealand and Australia) fabulous shift heads have been using the letter “f” to change their lives.

The letter “f”. That’s what makes shift happen.

That one little letter can make all the difference in you taking more control of your life, becoming free of Ego, choosing your reactions to choose your reality and finding the joy that is your natural birthright.

Soooooo, at the end of this month I turn forty— and to celebrate I’m taking the letter “f” on the road. Yes folks, I’m going on an f’in tour! On friday, february fourth 2011 I will hop in my car in Portland, Oregon and travel for forty days and forty nights through the fabulous fertile cresent made up of Oregon, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, Utah and Nevada to share the shift!

My intention is to make this tour about TEACHING, LEARNING, GIVING and LIVING…

TEACHING the principles of Oh, shift! through presentations, workshops, coaching circles and one-on-one work.
LEARNING from the beautiful people I connect with about how they use the “f” in shift to find freedom from Ego, make choices that serve them and take control of their reality.
LIVING in community with gracious hosts who are willing to open their homes to me for a night or two while I’m on the road.
GIVING 40% of all proceeds from my work to the charity of  choice. You host/plan an event you choose the charity!

This tour is not about me.

It’s about you and me coming together to  make a mark on the world…one community at a time.

So…How can you be a part of the f’in tour?

Take a look at my f’in path.
If you live on the path or within an hour’s drive off the path I want to come see/work/play/chat/teach/learn/give/be with you…

Here are some options, however, I’m open to any creative ideas you come up with too…

1. Host an Oh, shift! event in your community and I’ll donate 40% of all proceeds to the charity of your choice. (not including book and product sales—girl’s gotta eat)

• Oh, shift! group coaching circle
• Shift head happy hour or networking event
• In company seminar for staff, sales team, independent reps, etc
• Or any other gathering with people who are jazzed about creating shift in their lives

2. If you are a coach and would like me to speak at your local ICF chapter meeting or a special fundraising event for the chapter, I have a great Oh, shift! program designed especially for coaches.  And it’s really good!

3. If you are able to host a very loving soul for a night or two while I’m passing through town that would be much appreciated…I’m easy. A couch is all I need :)

4.If you are not that into planning events and you are a coach, speaker or author who wants to sit down for an hour and pick my brains about business stuff, I’d love that! All I ask for in return is a check made out to the Humane Society of the United States  in the amount of your choice or a receipt for your online donation. www.hsus.org

My tour will take me fourty five hundred miles and the schedule is loosely structured.

The kick-off event will be on feb fourth in Eugene,  Oregon and will benefit www.womenspaceinc.org

Following that, here are the f’in legs and open time frames—stops to be determined by you!

Feb 5-Feb 12 —–Eugene to San Francisco (and anywhere in between)

Feb 12-Feb 18 —-San Francisco to San Diego (and anywhere in between—hopefully somewhere romantic on Valentine’s Day)

Feb 18-Feb 25—-San Diego to Sedona (and anywhere in between)

Feb 25-Feb 27—-Sedona to Albuquerque (and anywhere in between)

Feb 27-Mar 5—-Albuquerque to Denver (and anywhere in between)

Mar 5-Mar 8—-Denver to Southern Utah (admittedly, this leg is for me. I’m dying to see  the Arches and Zion Nat’l Park.)

Mar 8-Mar 11—-Southern Utah to Las Vegas (and anywhere in between)

Mar 11-Mar 14—-Las Vegas to Reno (and anywhere in between)

Mar 14-Mar 16—-Reno to Portland (and anywhere in between)

So now it’s up to you.

Hi there. It’s 11:11pm on 11.11 and I LOVE the number 11.

As many of you have may have noticed I’ve been in hibernation for quite a while. Nine months to be exact. About the time it takes to gestate and birth a baby. For personal reasons I have taken a much needed hiatus from life and work but I am ready to re-birth. Today I woke up and something… well…shifted for me.

I woke up feeling like the time is now…and so it is.

I have big plans for 2011 and as you know, the first step towards manifesting anything is to say you will…and so I am.

I am ready to make a major shift and my objective is to be the inspiration for you to do the same-whatever that may look like for you. My shifts will not be your shifts but I hope to be a model for you to find the cojones to take the risks and make the leap towards that which you desire.
And, if by chance you don’t know what you want to do, (and I know how that may feel) well then may my process of trying to figure my shift out be of service to you.

Here’s the twist.
I don’t know what I will be presenting to you or even how the end of 2010 will play out or what 2011 will bring. I don’t know because it hasn’t been revealed to me yet. That means I am going to be doing a lot of listening. Listening and trusting.
Planning is antiquated.
They say if you want to make God laugh tell him you have a plan. I believe that we are being guided and supported at every moment. The Universe has our backs and always leads us to that which serves our highest good.
That doesn’t mean we don’t have goals or visions but it does mean that we aren’t totally responsible for figuring out the path towards them. Cool, huh?

So now I will leap. Excited and eager to find out exactly what is in store. And I hope you will join me.
